Membership Platform – Standard Service Features

This solution enables organisations to easily manage the content on their web site, manage their database of members and provide a dynamic connection between the two functions. Being an integrated solution means the web site content and visual experience can be personalised for each member. Members can be provided with their own secure section of the website that in turn could be broken down further into committees, specialisms and regional areas for example.

  • Website Content Management (CMS): The CMS lets an administrator easily add menu items, web pages, news articles and documents to a website. However, the e-mango CMS is much more powerful as it can connect to the members database and deliver tailored content corresponding to their profile and type of membership.
  • Membership Database (CRM): This is a powerful database where you manage members details, directory profiles, subscriptions, permissions, categories, orders and notes.
  • Create and publish online polls and surveys.
  • Permissions: Permissions give a member the right to access a piece of protected content such as a members-only web page, a document or news item, for example.
  • Categories: Information within the CRM and CMS can be classified with categories to better manage information and members. Categories can also drive related information to website visitors.
  • Member Directory: Comprehensive member directory that includes A to Z listing, category tree, postcode search, simple keyword search and an advanced search. The module also integrates with Google Maps to display locations.

On boarding

After initial contact, an order will be raised fully detailing the service that will be provided. Upon agreement to the order the service will be provisioned. Our target time for the whole process is 2 working days.

Off boarding

The standard minimum contract length is three years, after that time if the customer wishes to terminate their service they will provide 1 months notice, after which time the service will be suspended. The customer will be liable for any outstanding charges incurred over the term of the contract. There is no termination charge. We offer a 1 week period following the final termination of the service to allow the customer to reactivate their service, after which time all data relating to the service will be permanently removed.

Import of records and contacts

Where there is an existing database of organisations and contacts that is required to be imported into our Membership CRM system, an assessment will be carried out to understand the structure and configurations required to hold the data accordingly for the clients and ascertain the level of data cleansing required before attempting any data import process.

The existing data will ideally be in an electronic format such as spreadsheets, CSV files or in a database.

Data extraction/removal

e-mango offer a quick and simple exit process to enable customers to move between G-Cloud services and/or retrieve their data. Data can be retrieved from our FTP store by arrangement.
